Prepare Your
Relationship for
Parenting
67% of couples experience a decline in relationship satisfaction within the first three years of parenting. It’s with this awareness and my own experience of becoming a parent that I offer the Bringing Baby Home workshop. This evidence based program is designed to equip parents to navigate the seismic shift in your relationship after becoming parents.
Even though the couple relationship plays a vital role in a child’s development, it’s often the last thing that gets attention before baby is born. I love creating this space for you to prepare your relationship too. This program is for expectant couples and couples in the first three years of parenting.

One on One
Counselling
Pregnancy and Postpartum are such monumental changes. It’s like another ‘portal’ opens in your mind and heart that you must walk through. This change can often bring mood changes, intrusive thoughts, guilt, shame, doubt and feelings that you’re not sure what to do with. When we become parents there is a distinct before and after – life has changed. It also has a way of revealing all the stuff we thought was “dealt with.”
Whether you’re the birthing parent or a non-birthing parent, one on one counselling allows you to speak honestly about what this transition is feeling like for you. With training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and a commitment to creating a compassionate space, let’s work together to help you find your footing again.
Postpartum
Support Groups
This support group is for moms in the early postpartum period (first few months – but you decide what ‘early’ means to you).
This support group is a discussion group designed to provide a supportive space for individuals to share their experiences and support one another through listening and non judgement. It is not intended to be an intense therapeutic process group and is not a replacement for individual therapy.
Cost: $270 for 6 weeks ($45 a session). This is the relative cost of two therapy sessions. The full fee is due up front to secure your spot. If you have coverage for counselling therapy – your insurance will cover this support group – please check with your provider to confirm.
This group runs Wednesday mornings from 9-10:30am for 6 weeks. Next Group Starts March 17th, 2026.
This support group was the absolute BEST thing I did for my mental health during the early months of motherhood and I would recommend it to ANYONE! I left every session feeling validated and supported in my feelings during a very difficult season of life.
Kendra was so accepting of participants no matter their mood or if they were feeling quiet, emotional, or ready to hash some heavy things out.
